Hi, my name is liz, I am a proud mommy to a 4yr old special needs little boy and a birth baby who is 3 months old--both kids were "planned" as I always wanted to adopt a child, and have my own..now I have that and am so greatful to God for them!
However, I have 50 lbs of baby fat left to lose and, with 2 children its so darn hard to lose it all. I gained 65 pounds with my pregnancy but have lost 25 and need to lose at least 50 to get back to a decent end goal. I know I can do it, as I have done before, but when it came time to plan a baby, well..I plumped up with my pregnancy! I am very self motivated..my problem is in finding less time consuming ways to get fit. I was a runner pre-baby, as my now 4 yr old was 3 and I could strap him in a stroller and run 10 miles and be back home to cook, etc, BUT, now that my son is 4 he WONT go in the jogger stroller at all-or any stroller for that matter, and I have to rely on re-conditioning myself on my treadmill at home..which can get pretty dull after a while...
I do all sorts of excersise so THAT is NOT the issue and I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE to excersise! Its FINDING THE TIME that is the issue! As mom to a special needs little boy (behavioral and developmental), and a brand new baby, I need tips of fat busting fast!
