Fitting exercise in between my two kids is the hardest part for me too! I try to do it when youngest is having a nap but that isn't always reliable. I too workout from home and have to use the treadmill because I don't have a double jogging stroller. Hope you find something that works!

I joined my local Y as well and where at this point I don't use the childcare, I do know that it's free for members where I live...so if I do need it, I have a safe place for my Zander to be while I work out.
Also....until you can find the time..just use the tracker here to keep an eye on those calories so you can at least make sure what you consume is on track with the time you have available to work out.
You are going to do awesome girl! I so envy you... I can't run cause my old knees can't handle it!
I had a problem with finding time as well. I dont know how tight money is for you, but once I joined the ymca and added the kid zone to my monthly fees I have all the time I want to work out now. It is so nice to be able to have an hour to myself of peace and quiet and the stress relief to work out uninterrupted (I used to work out at home)
I can't believe I am down over 70 pounds since last year!
Hi, my name is liz, I am a proud mommy to a 4yr old special needs little boy and a birth baby who is 3 months old--both kids were "planned" as I always wanted to adopt a child, and have my own..now I have that and am so greatful to God for them!
However, I have 50 lbs of baby fat left to lose and, with 2 children its so darn hard to lose it all. I gained 65 pounds with my pregnancy but have lost 25 and need to lose at least 50 to get back to a decent end goal. I know I can do it, as I have done before, but when it came time to plan a baby, well..I plumped up with my pregnancy! I am very self motivated..my problem is in finding less time consuming ways to get fit. I was a runner pre-baby, as my now 4 yr old was 3 and I could strap him in a stroller and run 10 miles and be back home to cook, etc, BUT, now that my son is 4 he WONT go in the jogger stroller at all-or any stroller for that matter, and I have to rely on re-conditioning myself on my treadmill at home..which can get pretty dull after a while... I do all sorts of excersise so THAT is NOT the issue and I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE to excersise! Its FINDING THE TIME that is the issue! As mom to a special needs little boy (behavioral and developmental), and a brand new baby, I need tips of fat busting fast! -- thanks..Liz
