Hi Crystal! I'm so glad you found our little team and decided to join us!! We would LOVE to help you lose the weight!! Let's figure out what's going on. What kind of workouts are you doing at the gym? How are you doing on your food? What's your calorie range? Are you eating fruits & veggies and drinking water? How about your fiber? Are you getting 25-35 grams of fiber a day? How many meals are you eating per day? Geez - I'm just full of questions, aren't I!?!

I am new to Spark People, I have been working out at the gym and seeing no results, so I am hoping I can find people to relate too for some support and use the calorie counter and actually lose that bell! I have a 10 month old son, he is the silliest little guy! I'm really excited to get to know new people!
