I just signed up for the Outer Banks Marathon (November 8, 2009) earlier today, and have decided to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House of Durham.
I usually do my Saturday long runs on the American Tobacco Trail, starting at Southpoint Crossing Shopping Center, or at Shelley Lake.
I also love doing shorter road races as training permits. I did the Run for the Oaks last Saturday in the rain!
