Hello Everyone,

It's hard to ignore, the message is everywhere to me, the desire to once and for all let go my unhealthy past and embrace a new life, one where every time I read a story about someone diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes or Cancer, my mind won't automatically start reeling a movie with myself as the main character sitting in the doctor's office hearing him tell me that my days are numbered.

This is a new beginning. I've failed before, I've played this game where I say "This is it! I'm doing it!" only to let myself down again a short few days later. Just because you've failed before doesn't mean you should give up on yourself; doesn't mean you should stop trying. So here I am again, guns blazing, ready to put the war paint on.

Let's do this together. Let's encourage each other and be there for each other. A healthy body mind and spirit is ours for the taking.

I'm only 25, and I refuse to think of myself as middle aged, or worse. With all of your help and support, I finally feel like this time I have the stars on my side. No more imagining, here's to reality.
