I think emotional eating tends to be the "trap" for many of us...hopefully you will find the tools and support you need to break that cycle and get you back in control!!! Good luck with all of your goals....

I tend to eat when I am stressed, tired and emotional. I went through a divorce 6 years ago after 25 years of marriage. I have gained a lot of weight. I am ready to get control of my weight and be happy with myself.
