Mel here - I've been on Spark for about a week. I'm a "looking forward to 50" married female, finishing up a bachelor's degree and want to be in the better shape for the challenges ahead. I set a goal to improve overall health and fitness and lose 10 lbs but 20 would actually be better. Love me some rumpshaking workout music!
