Just want to say hi to all. I've never been in a group like this but I hope all goes well. I'm 44 and have been married for soon to be 26 years. Of those 26 years trying to lose weight. It seems like I've tried everything out there but surgery and I don't think I want to do that just yet. I've read about the Spark People and thought I would give it a try. So here I am.
