This is the week I start to Lose a Few. I've got to get my menipausal weight gain under control. I will fell better. My whole world is better when I'm making an effort to move. When I'm not making an effort to exercise my joints get stiff and my hip and legs hurt all the time. I stopped smoking last week. I only smoked a few per day but I still miss it.
