My number one tip is to track your food. Weigh and measure everything. What gets measured gets managed! Start with small steps. Don't overwhelm yourself. There are a lot of great people here that will motivate and inspire you.
I'm super new to this site, but also very excited! I can't wait to start getting in shape and loosing the weight! If you have any tips please let me know!
