Hello everyone! My name is Rita and I'm a 30 year-old SAHM, with 2 kiddos (ages10 & 4). I joined this site, in just wanting to be healthier. A few pounds overweight, but no energy to enjoy my kids. To play, interact, and just do the things I want to do. I would like to loose about 15 lbs, and keep it off. No reunions, weddings, or anything like that. I finally kept telling myself I want to feel better about myself. Got off my butt...well kind of, cause i found this site while sitting at the computer. Ha Ha! But I'm ready for a new me, and I expect my kids and hubby would like a new me too. Hubby hasn't said one thing either way or the other, and I love him for this is all for me. And I know that in itself is one huge hurdle, that I've manage to conquer already.

Now on to the help part....I started using this site on 1/1/11, and I've figured out how to tract my nutrition and my fitness. Even found the recipes...and started using them last night (stuffed peppers..YUM) but even though i read a lot of stuff overall i'm lost on the other great aspects that i assume are on this site. So if anybody is willing to "dumb down" anything that has been awesome for them..that would be great. Thanks for listening, cause i have a tendancy to ramble. sorry.
