After a week or so of getting used to this page I am ready to launch my "get-fit-and-less-tired"-journey. I am not really here for weightloss but my main goal is to look into my eating habits and to move more. I am fundamentally lazy and it makes me tired and makes the winter blues even worse.
I've been through some really tough years lately, but 2010 was the best year ever, on a professional and personal level and I feel ready and willing to attack my constant tiredness. On some days I feel like I am sleepwalking... In spring I tracked my nutrition and worked out and I felt so much better, but I didn't stick with it (too busy with good things) but I remember how fit and awake I've felt then.
I've joined THE SPARK because of all the nice tools, the recipes and because all of us on here have the same goal: Get healthy and happy (or get happy by being healthy or... ).
