I just discovered the Sparks website but cannot believe the goldmine of information. Since I am trying to get prepared for a New Year and new personal goals, these tools are perfect for me. I just lost a significant amount of weight on Medifast only to gain a lot of it back. I'm not interested in going there again and really want to live a more normal lifestyle while becoming healthier. I've been heavy most of my life and, even though I'm getting up there in years, I'm not willing to give up on that goal.
