Hi Sparklers! I've just joined this thing. What should I tell you about myself? I'm about to head off to water aerobics, that is my exercise of choice. I am trying to add in some weight training on the off days, and hoping the Spark will keep me motivated to do so. Trying to lose some 30 lbs I've been holding onto for awhile. A few years ago I lost 50 and it all came back. That should do it. I'll try to catch up with some of your intros soon!
