Hello all! My name is Kim and I want to lose weight! :) You can check out my sparkpage for my full story, but basically I have HAD IT with gaining weight. I have been doing great so far, but I am a teacher on summer break so I have all the time in world to track calories, workout, etc. School starts soon, and I am nervous that I won't keep this up. I plan to lose 65 pounds by next summer or sooner. I love going to zumba and it is my main cardio workout, I also am doing strengthening workouts. I LOVE music and just created my workout music list, and I am really excited to go workout with my tunes now! Haha.. Good luck to you all, and happy sparking!
