Hi everyone, I'm Ali. I don't know about everyone else, but music is what gets me though my running. There is nothing like forgetting how fast or how far or how tired you are rocking out to some great music. Right now I've got a playlist of about 50 songs, but I change it up every few weeks so I don't get too bored.
