I'm two days new on here, & i already love it!! My goal weight is 125, but i'm going at 10 pounds at a time. I would love to make new buddies to motivate and be motivated by! The music on my ipod makes my workouts ten times better! I just added a zillion new songs to my ipod...ok, i tend to over exaggerate a little, but i did add a new "work out play list" and enough songs to get me thru a 90 minute workout! i'm stoked to get off of work and go to the gym now! I would love to hear what everyone else's work out jams are, and would looove to share mine!!
