Having a hard time getting motivated. Seems like always something to take away what I need to focus on. I have been waling with a friend 2 or 3 times a week. Need to post more love this Sparks site.

Hi, I do not live alone I have Friend that I been with 17 yrs very happy after being widowed twice. I have lost 3 lbs its a start.Will be walking outside soon as weather stays nice. I'm just tired of being overweight I want to lose 25 lbs. It's not easy!

emoticon Hi and Welcome! I do hope you begin losing weight. The treadmill should help with that. Five days a week sounds good to me. I used to belong to Silver Sneakers, I think I deleted it because I wanted less daily email. Doing volunteer work that often is more work than I usually do. Today I'm working 8 hours doing my paid work - but it isn't often I do it. It sounds like you live alone, do you? Lorraine

Do treadmill 5 days a week for 30 min intervals problem with portion serving too much time on my hands. I do volunteer work 3-4 times a week. Need help to get on tract to lose 20 lbs.
