I RETIRED LAST AUGUST. TRYING TO GET ORGANIZED. FOUND OUT ABOUT AND JOINED SILVER SNEAKERS. PROBLEM--WEATHER HAS BEEN SO BAD THAT I COULDN'T GET THERE. I DID GET THE BOOK AND WILL START WORKING ON THE 10 MIN EXERCISES THAT CAN BE PUT TOGETHER. THE ARTHRITIS DON'T HELP.

I joined a fitness center and am walking on a treadmill 5 days a week. Also enjoyng a Tai Chi class. Life gets better every day. Just started to track my diet starting today.
