A few of our nurses have set schedules. The rest of us are shifting from week to week. Some of us even have to change between nights and days in the same week. It is a little mean to do that, but it happens.
I do have a schedule for my days off and that really helps. It might not be the same days each week but it is the same routine.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Hello fellow nurses.... I am Diana, an Emerg Nurse in Canada, working 12 hour shifts. I have two small children (4 and 6) and am in school upgrading to my BScN. I gained weight after my children and have been struggling since to take it off. (45 lbs) I find my life is always crazy busy and thus it is difficult to find "me" time. I find committing to gyms, weight loss groups etc. difficult as I can't commit to the same schedule every week. I am loving Spark as it allows me to get the support I need anytime I need it. So thank you all for being apart of this amazing site and for supporting me on my weight loss / healthy life journey.
