When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I'm and Educator/L&D Night Nurse. Yep! I do both. And did I mention I'm also the Perinatal Safety Specialist for two hospitals? (Can you say "crazy"?) That being said.....Hi to all of you!! I really need the motivation to get more fit. I don't have a lot of pounds to lose, but I really need some firm prodding so that I can get more toned.
