Hi Lisa, I enjoy Turbo Jam because the music makes my body want to get up and move!
I hope you enjoy it and stick with it this time.
I added a Belly Dance Pilates/Yoga Stretch to mine. I love to walk too and it's too cold here in Indy right now. My husband and I love late night walks. I hope to see you check back in with how well you are doing.

welcome... turbo jam is a great program!! I agree about it being to cold here in New England (I'm from Maine) brrr... today was mild enough for me to go for a quick dog walk though. Got to take advantage of the fresh air when you can this time of year. Good luck!

Hi, I am Lisa and I just joined SP a few days ago. I am loving the accountability part. I bought TJ a few years ago and did it on and off. Now, I am trying to incorporate it back into my schedule. I live in the North East where its too cold to walk outside so I am giving TJ another try. I recently did the 20 minute workout to get my feet wet again and ease into it. I actually own many, many, workout dvd's. I need to stay motivated.
