You can click on the tab that says manually enter exercise. Also depending on where your heart rate is during the exercises you can put it under circuit training for cardio. Hope that helps!

Hi! I'm relatively new and returning to doing turbojam. I'm doing the turbo sculpt video for my strength training routine. Can you track the days you do your own strength training routine on the fitness tracker. I do it m-w-f but it's not showing it on a schedule like it does the cardio exercises. If what I'm asking doesn't make sense just let me know.
