Start out slow and make a few changes. When you have them mastered add more. You didn't gain the weight over night, it takes time to lose it. Get to know the sight and definitely use the food tracker, I found it to be the biggest help to keep me on track.

Welcome. You've come to the right place, but don't overwhelm yourself by trying to lose it all at once. Set a short term goal to lose 5+ lbs. in August and then repeat as necessary. If you stumble, don't give up, get up and start again.
