Welcome. I'm relatively new too - had a heart attack in Feb 2013. Even though I'd already lost about 50 pounds and was walking every day this was the wake up call I needed to get my weight into the "healthy" range, keep it there and up the exercise.

Hello everyone! New here and new to heart problems. I just had a Stint put in almost two weeks ago. I suffered with what my doctor and I thought was "anxiety" for five years now, but it was a blocked main artery to my heart. Well, it is fixed and I want to continue keeping my heart in shape :) Glad to be here and hoping to meet you all.
