We get too discouraged if we make them unattainable. It's easier to have a goal to lose 10 lbs. in 2 months than 50 lbs. in 10 months. Reach your first goal and reset a new one. Be sure to check out the various teams too. There are tons of teams and hundreds of conversation threads under every subject you can imagine.

I am a 31 year old mother of two who just graduated college. Between finishing student teaching for my Bachelor's degree and taking care of two children (one of whom is on the autism spectrum) I have really let myself go this year. I am so disappointed in how I look compared to even last August! I want to make some positive changes so that I can feel good about myself and be a better wife, mother, and teacher!
