Well you certainly are realistic! Just remember not to let little slip ups derail your whole process. I tend to get motivated and do too much, then I am tired and/or sore and slack off for a day or two. Still trying to find a happy balance. This is a terrific bunch of people and an awesome resource to keep you motivated so...

I was on Sparks quite a few years ago, now I'm back! I am determined to make it work this time: I'm 52, 100+ pounds to lose, not getting younger, and don't want to spend the rest of my life feeling sore, tired, sick, depressed, and generally just plain 'blah'. It's time for a change, and I'm feeling very motivated this time - I will do this! I know it will take time, I will slip up, it will go slow or even stop on occasion, but I will plug my way through every opportunity that comes my way! I have too much to live for - and want to do it right! Thanks for being here all you Spark People! The site has grown since I looked at it last so I expect it will take me a while to maneuver my way around it. Til next time!
