This is a great site. Make use of the nutrition articles, videos for exercise, and the recipes. There are health articles to read and my favorite is the food tracker it really does help. Start out slow don't overwhelm yourself. Have small goals and as you reach them set another.

I have been on the eating healthy and loosing weight journey for about 2 years. I never made it to my goal weight, but lost about 25 lbs and felt energized and good. In the last months I have slipped back into some old habits and need to kick start my way back. Although my weight is now in the normal range, I'd like to get in the mid part of that range, but more importantly gain more consistent healthy eating habits.
