welcome! Set some goals - simple easily achieveable goals. We all want to lose all our excess weight and we want to lose it quickly but we get discouraged when it takes longer than we hoped. If you set smaller goals you will be encouraged when you achieve them and you can more to another small goal you can attain and eventually get to your overall goals. You've already been given the advice to track your nutrition and exercise - excellent advice. You'd be amazed how off you can be when you guestimate. Good luck. There are many forums - look into others and read some of the articles and watch some of the videos.
