Welcome. Do a web search for healthy, low calories fast food meals and use that info to locate the better restaurants along your route. Plan you trip around meals at those restaurants. Or if you don't have that leeway, just get to know what is the best thing to eat at McDonalds, Burger King, etc. Each time you stop, stretch and do a few laps around the parking lot or a dozen jumping jacks.

Hi, I would like to lose 20-30 lbs. I do work out with a trainer 3x a week. I wear a pedometer, but rarely get to 10,000 steps. my average is about 5,000. my additional problem is I will be leaving on a 3 month road trip so meals will be a problem. I am hoping to get a min. of 5,000 steps in a day, even on the days I will be driving all day. however I still need help trying to manage the 3 meals of eating out and some healthy snacks in between. can anyone help me with this????
