Welcome, Jody. Glad you're here with us. You may find that exercising, especially if you can get outside and walk, helps with both the depression and sleep problems. It certainly helps with the heart problems. I don't think they forbid anything here. Just try to stay in a calorie/exercise range that works for you.

My name is Jody and I am new to Spark. I am dealing with depression, lack of sleep and have heart issues. In the last year I have had 3 mild heart attacks and I just turned 42. I am looking to better my life and eating habits. Does anyone know if we are allowed to drink Sobe Life waters?
