Welcome, Sarah. Next you start tracking what you're currently doing on the nutrient and fitness trackers. Track your weight and measurements, too. While you're getting use to doing that read some articles and decide on some short term goals, things you can accomplish in a month or so. You can try the menus that SparkPeople put up for you or you can turn that feature off and make up your own. Check out the exercise videos and the challenges. The "Eat up to Slim Down" one is a good way to get started. What ever you do, don't quit. Keep trying and eventually everything will fall into place.
