Welcome. Glad you're here with us. The weight loss takes time, but, if you stick with it and try different approaches till you find one that works for you, you'll get there. Make sure you do the tracking and look at your reports. That's what will tell you what you're doing right and what might need changing. Exercise is anything that gets your heart beating faster, even if you just sit in a chair and raise your arm above your head or kick out your leg several times. Doing it several times a day will speed up your metabolism and help with the weight loss.

Hi all. I am a 55 yo grandmother of 1 who needs desperatly to lose weight. I have had a stroke which paralyzed 1/2 of me so I need to lose 100 lbs I have tried exercise, diet etxbut my physician says I am limited as to what I can do. I've exercised both in the water and out. Nothing is helping. Maybe this will be it
