You didn't say whether you go over or under your calories. If you are under you may need to set your goals a little higher. The software will adjust your calories. If you are over you may have set your goals too high and need to take things a little slower. Also if you're over, try the "Eat Up to Slim Down" challenge (the challenges are on the Community tab at the top of the page). It will help you eat the right things to fill you up without a lot of calories.

Brenda, I would focus on getting your protein, eat your carbs, but keep them whole grains they are important also. Your fruits and vegetables, you can have quite a bit of them just keep track of your calories by using the food tracker. It is a great help in tracking your calories. Do not forget you can have snacks to add to your calorie count, just make sure they are healthy. Such as fruits veggies, protein, nuts are good for you, just watch your portion size. Check out the recipes on sight. They are really good, and remember to have patience Are you will succeed.

I would like to know if anyone could help by telling me how to meet my calories everyday cant seem to do it I have tried everything and cant seem to get them this is my first time here to the page.so I will take all the help I can get to stick to this...thank you
