Thank you everyone for your kind words. I have a question. When I respond to a posted on a Sparkteam page - does the response go to everyone on the team or just to the poster I'm responding to. It doesn't matter - I'm still trying to maneuver my way around.

welcome Lray... I'm battling something similar after losing and then going off the rails particularly after being ill and unable to exercise for awhile. The suggestion of the challenges might be just the thin. There are tons of articles and videos available to us in the top of the screen links. Check out the other teams as well - there may be others that appeal to you in addition to this one.

Welcome. Your loss is impressive. You might try the "Eat up, Slim down" challenge or the "Tame your sweet tooth" challenge. They're both aimed at getting us to make healthier choices when we eat. "Challenge Central" is on the Community tab at the top of the page.

I'm new to Sparkpeople and looking for support and strength to continue on my path to a healthy body weight. I reached an all time weight of 297 back in July 2013 and lost 55 pounds by the end of 2013. Since then I have been completely obsessed about my weight number on the scale and have gone back to eating horribly. I am terrified I am going to gain all my weight back. I am trying to break out of my obsessive, isolated brain and get back to eating normally and exercising and not overthinking what I am doing. Sorry if I am rambling. I am new and not sure what's appropriate. I am open to any guidance/recommendations on where to post and how to get started in the Sparkpeople community. Thank you for listening.
