Hello. I find that it's really a mental thing. Every step is a process. I think about each step I take from food to exercise. Take your time and don't try to do it all at once. You can do it!! emoticon

I have just signed up and hope to lose some of the holiday weight I put on as well as develop life long healthy habits. Tried this site once before but was not consistent with tracking. Hope to do better this time. I welcome any ideas to stay motivated as well as tricks to navigating this website. A pleasure to meet everyone
