Welcome. This site can be overwhelming. Have you looked at the "Help" page yet. The menu is at the top of all the pages. It opens with a FAQ page that will tell you about a lot of things, and there's a link to more FAQ at the bottom of that one. Any problems you run into just ask. You're welcome to email me. Hi, I am working on losing about 10 pounds to meet my ideal weight. Exercising and sticking to my food selections has been a challenge for me. I do not diet per se but I focus on eating smaller portions.

All things are possible if you only believe, even losing 15 pounds

I need a diet partner . I am a 64 yr female ,need to lose weight for my heart. this is my first time with sparkpeople and could use some coaching.
