You know how it goes, you start with the best intentions, and after 1 or 2 weeks, you slowly start going back to your old ways. Well not this time! I am bound and determined to lose the weight and feel healthy again! For me, it's not about the size or the number on the scale...I just want to feel healthy again. I want to feel like myself again. This will be hard, the weight didn't come on overnight and I won't lose it overnight. So far, I have created a motivational board that I look at every morning (I LOVE this board!) I have joined a gym, and I check sparkpeople daily. I can't wait to get to know some of you as we work hard to reach our goals!
