Hi, Derrick. The Nutrition tracker on the drop down menu at the top of all the pages lets you enter what you ate and calculates the calories and other nutrients for you. Just click on the My Trackers tab above, click on Nutrition Tracker, then use the search area to enter food. Pick what you ate from the search results, and, if necessary, change the amount to what you ate. Your daily ongoing totals will be at the bottom of the meal area and your weekly totals will be at the bottom of the page.
SparkPeople suggests a menu for you. You have the choice of eating what they suggest, picking alternatives or turning off this function and designing your own menu.
