Welcome. I agree with starting slow, but first, track what you're doing now for a few days. That will give you an idea of what you need to change. Then make small changes - smaller portions, finding something else to do when you're bored and inclined to eat, and so on. On the drop down menu on Community tab at the top of the page there is a Challenge Central. You might find that one or two of the challenges will get you started off right. I like the Eat up, Slim Down one. The Official Skinny Jeans one might be a good place to start, too. Good luck.

emoticon welcome to the team. The best advice I can give is start out slow, make small changes and gradually add more. Check out the nutrition and exercise articles. I found the most important thing I did was to use the food tracker it really helps. You will get plenty of support from your SPARK FRIENDS. emoticon

Hi everyone! I am new here and I need all the help I can get. I weigh almost 60 kgs over my normal weight and i don't know how to start! As you can see I am completely confused about everything.
