Hi I am new to the group as well. I'm a 37 y.o SAHM who lives in MA. I'd like to lose about 40 lbs. I have three children including an 11 y.o with Autism and other diagnoses. I have high blood pressure and something called LVH (Left Ventricular Hypertrophy). All the women on my mother's side have died of heart disease of one type or another. My mother has a defibrillator. I want to lose weight so I can live as long as possible and be more healthy. Previously I was a Vegetarian for 3 1/2 years. Yesterday I decided to eat more healthy, whole foods including adding some meat back into my diet (Beginning with chicken, plan on adding some turkey and a bit of beef as that's the only meats I ever ate before). I didn't make a good Vegetarian. I was tired all the time, had no energy, felt sick, was always hungry and actually gained weight. I plan on eating more healthy and exercising more. I'm glad I found you all.

Hi! I'm new to this, I need to lose weight, and get more fit. I am a Great-gramma, married to the love of my life. I live in small town Alberta. I love to read, crochet, play in the out of doors. I belong to a very close Church family as well as my natural family. Happy New Year!
