Hi everyone, I'm Penny and am a 49 year old living in Michigan at this time. I will be moving back to Kentucky in May to be with my grandchildren. I need to lose weight due to my health ( heart and a lot of bad disc in my back ) and to be able to be alive to watch my grandchildren grow up. I have tried so many times to lose weight and going to give it my all this time. I was going to wait till January 1st to start but decided to start today. God bless you all Penny
