Welcome. You've picked a good site for getting fit. There are plenty of teams with various themes, suggestions, and challenges. There's even a place where you can find and share recipes. The best advice I can offer is to take the time to review what you're eating and how you're exercising now and then start slowly changing that into what you want it to be, one small step at a time. If you just jump in with both feet, you'll get overwhelmed.

I just turned 51 this year, i try to stay fit and active, haven't reached my goal yet, but i am getting there, any suggestions anybody. Who else is on the chat tonight.
