Welcome back. You will succeed just start out slow with small changes, once you've got them down make more changes. It is a hard, but you can do it. Even if you mess up forget it and Just start over with the very next meal. No one is perfect we are human and Sometimes we don' have the will power. Just forget it and don't get angry at yourself. Hello everyone one. I was a spark member in 2004 and now I am back in 2013. I have learned some important lessons about weight loss. 1. There is no quick fix. It takes patience, committment and perserverance to achieve ones goals. 2. I must be in it for the long haul, It did not take just 7 days to put the weight on and it will not take seven days to loose if I want lasting results. 3. I don't use the word diet, I am pursuing pernament life style changes that will extend to other areas of my life.
