Hi Deana - welcome to the group. Sometimes I find the support comes not only from the people and what they contribute but in seeing my own progress in tracking my exercise and nutrition - it reinforces I'm doing good when I succeed and acts as a motivator when I fall off the wagon. I found I got tired of reading charts that never met my goals and did something about it. That's not to say I don't have bad fits and starts - I think we all do. What is important to me is forgiving myself and moving on. I wish you success on your journey and hope you'll join in the discussions. Who knows, you might even start writing blogs.

I don't know how I feel about the community support, and whether it will be helpful to me, but I am willing to try. yesterday I consumed over 3000 calories telling myself that tomorrow is a new day. I am constantly self destructing and can't seem to stop, but I have at least slowed down.
