Welcome Carmela. Remember to track for a while so you can see what you're doing now and make up a workable plan. Trying to do it all at once is a recipe for failure. Like Ironbess said: " mini goals." Many small steps instead a one huge leap.

Welcome Carmela! (I welcomed you on another board too I think). We have similar goals. I'm aiming for 50 lbs and have lost 11 so far. Only have to do that a few more times eh. It can help to break it down into mini goals. Using the food tracker is a good place to start here on SP.

Hello, my name is Carmela, and I have made up my mind that it's time to get the weight off! I know I can do it, but I had to make up my mind and get serious about it.
