Welcome, glad you decided to join us! This site can be scary even for people who are use to using the computer, but don't let that put you off. The only important thing at first is to start slow (making only little changes) and track your food and exercise. The rest of the stuff will fall into place as you go along and experiment with it. Before you know it you'll be a pro.
