I loved that book too and I read it to my daughter over and over. Chanting that to myself over the years has helped me over humps. Sometime in my 40s a flu virus attacked my heart. it was unknown until I collapsed at age 50 and we found I had Dilated Cardiomyopathy from it. Not a heart attack but scary non the less. I too am trying to change my lifestyle. I've been working on it for 9 years now and a few months ago came to SparkPeople. The members have been very friendly and supportive.
