Lost 48 lbs. in 2012 & 13 but gained 20 back!
I am 76 year old I am A caretaker for my 80 year old husband who has dementia I have A son an daughter who live on the same property as my husband an I we have 3 grandsons an A great grandaughter an a Great grandson our family is to joy of our life most of our time is spent at home I love to get on the computer my husband loves to watch westerns I have just began with sparks but I think I will like it was a weight watcher for years one of the things I like about sparks is the track your food area carb count has helped a lot since I am A Diabetic Looking forward to being part of the message board
