Hi! Great to hear from you! I too need to loose this extra weight for my health. The last heart cath, I was told I had arteries and valves that were to narrow and there was nothing they could do for it. I have high blood pressure and other health issues. I have lost 13.5 lbs. in the last 3 weeks. So let's work on this together.

Well, we are going to do our best to get some of this weight off! I too am in my 60's, actually 62. Just today someone told me that I looked younger! Heard that a few times. I have lost13.5 lbs. so far this time. I did loose weight this past year but might as well not have. The yo-yo effect. Hope to keep in contact with you.....

Welcome. I'm closing in one year without any weight loss. Long plateaus are very difficult to deal with. Hope things start turning around for you soon. You might check out the challenges on the Community tab above.

Hi, my name is Marca. I decided and started on a life changing food plan. I go to TOPS meetings. I haven't lost any weight over the past year I've gone to them. I have pretty much stayed the same and didn't gain back the 50 pound I lost years back! Our group went to Dickson to a Fall Rally and the state queen was there. She talked about her journey loosing weight. I was able to get to talk to her and she gave me her card. I get on her site and get motivation from her! I have lost 100 lbs. before and I know I can do it again! There are other great sites to search weight loss and great low calorie recipes. I can and you can do this each hour and One Day at a Time!
