I've gained and lost the same weight for the past 20 years. I don't mind gaining and losing the same weight--as long as it's between 140 and 150 rather than what it has been. LOL!
I am a widow of 18 months with 3 kids--boys--in their teens. I recently moved closer to my family, but 1500 miles away from where my kids have spent their entire lives. I am working online to receive my Masters degree--I have four classes to complete and am enrolled in one now. I am currently unemployed, but will hopefully find a job soon--if for no other reason than to have to follow an eating schedule. I had a hysterectomy in May due to testing positive for the BRCA 2 gene. I am dealing with hot flashes and the little belly pooch that I've never had before. I also have increased my carb intake and now crave food all the time.
I've dealt with a bit of stress in the past 2 years, and my body and face reflect it. I'm ready to feel in control of my life again, and what better way than through losing weight?
